Initial Estimate/Quote

With a little information from you, we are quick to send an initial estimate or quote back to you. You are also welcomed to swing by our showroom anytime to peruse our materials onsite and to discuss how we can bring your countertop visions to life.

Measurements & Finalize Materials

With your approval of the initial quote, we would set up an appointment to come measure all the areas of your property that you would like to get done. Finalization of stone and sink choices would be needed after measurements to get the final invoice.

Installation

Upon your approval of the final invoice, a deposit is needed to move onto cutting and installing your dream countertops.

With the completion of the install, your mind will be at ease knowing that the process was gratifying with our help. This last step is vital because now you are able to sit back and relax with your stunning countertops that were custom-made just for you.

We are three time customers. Jerusalem Stone first did our kitchen counters which was the biggest job. A couple of years later we had the wet bar done with granite JS had on hand. Just recently (May 2022) JS put a countertop on an outdoor cabinet using a JS remnant piece of granite. All projects included undermount sinks.In every case, the work was done promptly and courteously. Alignments are square. Seams are virtually invisible. We have sung their praises to friends and family. Their prices are very fair and they take pride in their workmanship.

Simply excellent service. The staff was extremely professional. They deployed a comprehensive end-to-end approach (from submitting the quote to digitally arranging the quartzite across various parts of the kitchen to fabrication and installation). I cannot express how amazing this company is. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR COUNTERTOPS!!!! Not only do they have a beautiful assortment of natural stone but the customer service is out of this world. Spending thousands of dollars is a big deal for most and they understand that here. Ibrahim and his crew were great to work with! Everyone in the office was helpful & very responsive, and Ibrahim was thorough in planning out our job. He worked with us to get every bit we could out of our slab. After receiving our slab, he noticed some coloring issues which he brought to our attention so we could discuss it with our stone supplier before it was cut. Turnaround time on fabrication was quick and the installation crew was great. Very happy with how our counters turned out, would definitely recommend Jerusalem Stone & would use them again.

Jerusalem stones did an excellent work. From the time of picking up slabs to installation took 6 days. No last minute glitches. Excellent and competitive pricing. Hard working crew. Will address plumbing and electrical work also. Very professional and timely execution of work. Highly recommended.
